I am a qualified adult education teacher, gained a DipHe in management of lifelong learning, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and EFT practitoner and the founder of Choose Changes, The inspirational life design foundation.

I personally researched, tested and used all of the tools and techniques that I offer to you through the Choose Changes products and services, either to overcome my own challenges and issues and change my own life, or to support and help others to change their life, gain ultimate confidence, create amazing relationships and build rock solid business foundations which have enabled them to create a successful and ultimate business.

It is my passion to inspire and help people across the whole world, to change their life too.

I wanted to use this page, to tell you why I am so passionate about and know that I can help you to change your life, stop making do and surviving and really start to LIVE the life you want and deserve to live..

Do you often wake up and think 

• what am I doing with my life?
• Why am I working in this job?
• There has to be more to life than this?
• If only I didn't have to .......................?
• If only I had more confidence?
• If only I could create my own ultimate business?

Yes - I used to too. About 5 years ago I woke up almost every morning, with a feeling of dread, knowing I had to get up and go to my job - a very good job and a very well paid job, as head of learning and Development in the NHS, I had a lovely car, a lovely house, beautiful clothes and could go on holiday 2/3 times a year - wow what a life hey?  so why did I wake up every morning feeling fed-up, stressed out and without any joy in my heart?

Because although I had a great job, that paid well, I didn't enjoy it, I didn't get any feeling that I was giving anything, or helping anyone else, let alone myself. It was a job for a jobs sake, I did it because I wanted to be free to do what I wanted when I wanted. But I wasn't, I could do what I wanted to do at the weekends and evenings, but half the time I was so exhausted from working in such a high powered job, that I just didn't have the energy to do fun and exciting things and because I was working everyday, full time, I had to keep up with the housework, do the washing and ironing and other everyday tasks and just didn't seem to have any real time for "me".  I could go on lovely holidays, but only when I was allowed to take time off and not whenever I wanted to.  The rest of the time I was doing what someone else wanted me to do, day in and day out. I was beginning to feel really down, I was struggling to get up each morning and one weekend I was suddenly rushed into hospital with a perforated ulcer and spent the next 9 months at home with stress and exhaustion.

That was when I realised that I was being given a message, I was being given the opportunity to take a good look at my life and what I wanted to do, be and have.  That was when I knew that I didn't want to survive and make do, I didn't want to feel bored everyday or stay stuck in a rut.  I wanted to feel alive, excited and full of happiness every day.
