Don’t waste your time looking back and thinking:
- I wish I hadn’t done that
- That was a waste of time
- Why on earth did I bother
And other similar emotions and thoughts, because what was was, it is gone, you cannot bring it back even if you wanted to – it is the past and it is all good, because it is no longer where you are now, you no longer need to drag it with you or worry about it, because all of those things no longer exist and wishing they had been different will make no difference at all.
So instead, look at who you are now, what choices you are making now, what you are doing right now, and choose to feel every emotion that comes up, focus on the ones that make you feel good – smile longer, let the feelings that make you feel down flow away from you and simply BE…….. 🙂
